Hi! I am Bridget Neuendorf, a Doctor of Physical Therapy for 16 years. I wrote this book to help mom's understand the body and heal diastasis recti with a whole-body approach! As a mom of 5 myself, including twins, I know first hand about diastasis recti, as I had difficulty recovering from my pregnancies. I look forward to providing you with the steps you need to feel good again and heal your diastasis recti once and for all!
This book is for anyone who has had a baby, whether 6 weeks ago or 6 years ago. If you are having difficulty getting your strength back after pregnancy, or if you are dealing with pain postpartum, this book will give you the information you need to begin healing your body.

Along with a complete 6-week exercise program for diastasis recti healing, you will receive detailed instructions and pictures to help you perform each exercise correctly.
It is recommended to set aside 10-20 minutes daily for the 6-week exercise program, however, you may take longer to complete the program if necessary. On top of the 10-20 minute exercises, 10-30 minutes should be set aside at least 3-4 times per week for cardio exercises.
A foam roller and a small resistance band are recommended, but not necessary.
